Very Good
Reasonable hotel, staff happy to help, using Google translation. There was a really nice restaurant next door to the hotel, just by the car wash, which was very accommodating and great food.
Found an infestation of ants all over the bed in the morning when I woke up. I told the receptionist and they dealt with the issue, I did as to be delicate but they said it was fully booked, I'm not convinced that was true as we only saw two other couples in the whole time we were there. We were due to stay for 5 nights but cut it short as the hotel was a good half hour walk along a busy road to the town and we found the Maeklong restricted for tourism once we did the market and train ride.

Well run hotel. Modern clean and good value for money.
Friendly helpful staff. Very clean modern hotel, excellent Covid precautions in place. Breakfast had a good range, with some unusual Thai dishes, besides standard noodles and rice. Pleasant outside area adjacent restaurant.

Brilliant hotel, slightly awkward location
Eeverything about the actual place is excellent, the reason for staying was the whole downtown area floods every day and is impossible to negotiate
The location is difficult, with no grab taxi in the area you have to wait for tuktuk which the hotel will call for you, just a little bit out of the way and can be inconvenient if you need to get somewhere quickly

Great location, clean and comfortable but not happy with the service.
Great location, clean and comfortable. Plenty space for parking. Clean pool and nice view of the river.
The staffs were unfriendly except the security guard in the parking lot. After making the room each day, the staffs didn’t refill the used toiletries like cotton buds, shower cap, and toilet paper. Normally, the hotel provided two bottles of coconut flower juice every day, but the cleaning staffs didn’t put these in the room after making the room every time/every day. The customers need to ask for missing toiletries and the coconut flower juice. The customers shouldn’t need to ask for what the hotel listed that they provide in the booking details.
